Jesmond Dene Valley Northumberland National Park

Escape to Northumberland National Park and discover more than 400 miles of scenic landscape. The Sill National Discovery Centre is a great place to start your day, offering breathtaking views of Hadrian’s Wall. Explore rolling moors and grassland, picturesque villages and the ridge of the Whin Sill and visit Hadrian’s Wall, one of the country’s greatest Roman landmarks.

Seaton Delaval Hall Grounds

Owned by the National Trust, Seaton Delaval Hall boasts one of the finest gardens in Northumberland. With pristinely clipped lawns and topiary, wildflower-studded woodlands, exquisite formal gardens and walled and kitchen gardens, there’s so much to see. You can also explore the hall, and there’s a cafe and shop. National Trust members go free.
